This is a watercolor I created of a mountain at sunset. I love the way the mountain bleeds into the setting sun. To achieve this effect, I used a lot of water when I painted the mountain and let the paint naturally flow into the sun. Watercolor is a great medium for spontaneity. Sometimes what at first seems like a "mistake" turns out to be a surprisingly interesting blend of colors.
