While I did not go to the West Side highway to watch the fireworks last night, I did see them on TV. In some ways, it affords a better view since they shoot from so many angles. There were several shots of colorful fireworks with the Empire State in the background. I also loved the panoramic shots of the whole city. It really gives you a sense of New York City's scale!

July 4th
While I did not go to the West Side highway to watch the fireworks last night, I did see them on TV. In some ways, it affords a better view since they shoot from so many angles.
